The Kekkei Genkai is an ability that is passed down through the generations of your family.
Byakugan-Hyuga Clan
Character Use: Neji, Hinata, Hiashi, Hanabi.
This is the blood limit of the Hyuga Clan. They are one of the founding noble families of the leaf village. The Byakugan gives 360 degrees of vision to the user and is said to be a descent of the Uchiha's Sharingan. The Byakugan also gives extra sensitive perception and the ability to see all surrounding with it and when combined with the clan's gentle fist style of fighting they can be deadly. The only weakness is right behind their head.
Hyouton Creation-Haku's Clan
Character Use: Haku
This is an ability that is passed down through the Haku Clan. It gives Haku the ability to control water through wind. It's what gives Haku the ultimate art Crystal Ice Mirrors.
Rinnengan-Transmigrating Eye
Character Use: Rokudou Sennin, Nagato (Pain)
The Rinnengan is the descendant of the Rokudou Sennin (Six Realms Sage) and his descendants. He was the original shinobi and he had the most powerful of the three doujutsu. He is also the creator of modern Ninjutsu. The Rinnengan was revered as the creator of the universe and it is said that whoever had it could return everything back to nothingness. Pain is the leader of the akatsuki and has the ability to change between six different bodies. When he has his bodies fight with him whatever he sees' the other bodies see. this is why they call it the transmigrating eye. But the true powers of it are unknown.
Sharingan-Uchiha Clan
Character Use: The Uchiha Clan (Itachi, Obito, Sasuke, Shisui, ect.)
The Sharingan is the bloodline limit of the Uchiha Clan. It gives the user the ability to read genjutsu, ninjutsu, and taijutsu to defeat them. It can also allow by reading and memorizing the movements of a jutsu they can copy it. It can't be passed down to any non Uchiha clan member but it can be transferred by a medical ninja like when Obito died he had Ren plant it in Kakashi's bad eye. They can gain comma's on the Sharingan there are a max of three commas when you get three genjutsu can't affect you and you can see into there bodies and read their chakra/movements.
Mangekyou Sharingan-Uchiha Clan
Character Use: Itachi Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, Madara Uchiha
The Makgekyou Sharingan is the highest known level of Sharingan. It's hard to posses after Itachi killed his best friend he told Sasuke that he had to kill his best friend (Naruto) to get it. Use of it takes mass amounts of chakra and will slowly take the vision of the user. When Madara and his brother gained the Mangekyou Madara lost his vision first. When he found out that there is a Sharingan that surpasses Mangekyou call the Eternal Light Mangekyou he removed the eyes of his brother to achieve the special Sharingan and it was so powerful that he was able to tame the Kyubi and use it to attack Konoha.
Shikotsu Mayaku-Kaguya Clan
Character Use: Kimimaro
This ability is passed down through the Kaguya Clan it gives the ability to manipulate bones and use them as weapons. Kimimaro is known as the most famous user. He used this ability when he fought Naruto, Rock Lee, and Gaara. He was able to pull out his spinal chord and use it as a sword and then grown a new one and the bones that he uses are stronger than bones and can't be broken.
